The Capital Divide

The Capital Divide is an unsupported 250km cycling route that traverses the ACT from North to South. Riders can tackle the route at any time, however there will be a grand depart at 7:00am on the 20th February, for those that want to ride as part of a loosely organised group.
The Capital Divide is a challenging route, with plenty of climbing, fire trails, some singletrack and the occasional unavoidable road section. This route has been created to take in some of the highlights of the ACT, and add to the rich variety of routes on offer in Canberra. Camping is available along the route and there’s options to split the route into three separate chunks for easier day or overnight options.
