Gravel n Granite is a new gravel cycling event that will be held in the spectacular High Country of North-West NSW.
The event is hosted by the Saddlers Mountain Bike Club Tenterfield and is taking place on Saturday 12th March 2022.
Gravel n Granite is a not-for-profit event that has been funded as part of the bushfire recovery plans for the area. There are three route options, all starting and finishing at the Tenterfield Showgrounds. The routes are 28km, 65km and 102km. Each route consists of a variety of terrain and surface, making it a true mixed-terrain course, suitable for gravel bikes and mountain bikes.
While Gravel n Granite is timed (a race) it’s aiming to be a friendly competition, so take your time and enjoy the routes with your mates.
It’s shaping up to be a great event, and there will also be a Race Village evening event, continuing at night with food vans, local brews/wine, music and firepits.
